- 1/2 kilo gluten, sliced into steaks
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups lemon-lime drink
- 2 tablespoons tomato catsup
- 2 cups diced potatoes, fried
- 1/4 cup water
Procedure
- Combine the flour and salt. Roll gluten in it.
- Brown the steaks on both sides in the melted margarine. Set aside.
- Saute garlic and onion.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, including the leftover flour-salt mixture.
- Cook till thickened.
