- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup mashed tokwa (hard soybean curd) or pureed beans
- ½ cup crumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ onion, minced
- Blend all and season with pepper and salt.
- Drop by spoonful onto greased tins.
- Bake till brown.
