- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup soy cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Sage, optional
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons nuts, pounded
- Saute onion until slightly brown.
- Add soy cheese, bread crumbs, sage, milk and nuts. Blend well.
- Form into balls and bake in moderate oven until brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
