Ingredients:
Procedure:
- 1/2 cup polished rice
- 5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 1 small ginger, cut into small strips
- 1 egg, scrambled or sliced hard-cooked
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Boil rice until tender. Set aside
- Saute garlic, onion and ginger. Pour to boiled rice.
- Add scrambled/hard-cooked egg. Mix well and boil for another 7 minutes.
- Season with salt.
