- 3 cups squash, cut into medium-size strips
- 1/2 piece medium-size onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
Procedure:
- Saute garlic and onion.
- Add squash and water. Season with salt.
- Cook until very tender. Serve hot.
