- 1 cup boiled navy beans
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Salt
- Mash the beans, beat the eggs, and mix with other ingredients.
- Make balls or flatten into patties, and fry.
