- 2/3 cup fine cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups ground gluten
- 1 cup finely diced tokwa (tofu)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
Procedure
- Soak cracker crumbs in milk; add remaining ingredients, mix well.
- Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes.
