- 1 bread crumbs
- 2 cups red kidney beans, mashed
- 1/4 pound cheese grated
- 1 onion, chopped and sauteed in 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt, sage
Procedure:
- Mix together all ingredients.
- If too dry, add more bean juice.
- Bake and serve with tomato sauce.
