Mock Fillet Recipe

mock fillet garbanzos
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup ground garbanzos
  • 1/2 cup hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 can chopped pimiento
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs, well-beaten
  • Crumbs to bind

Procedure:
  • Mix very well.
  • Mold in fish molder or form by hand in form of small fillet.
  • Bake or fry.
  • Serve with any sauce desired.
