- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cup ground garbanzos
- 1/2 cup hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can chopped pimiento
- Salt
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
- Crumbs to bind
Procedure:
- Mix very well.
- Mold in fish molder or form by hand in form of small fillet.
- Bake or fry.
- Serve with any sauce desired.
