- 3/4 kilo vegetarian tocino, sliced
- 2 pieces medium-size cucumbers, sliced
- 2 pieces medium-size tomatoes, sliced
Procedure
- Slightly fry vegetarian tocino.
- Arrange on a platter.
- Garnish with cucumber and tomato slices. Serve hot.
Note: Cucumbers and tomatoes give this recipe a high-fiber identity. If vegetarian tocino is not available, substitute fish.
