Ingredients
- 3 cups ground or chopped fine gluten
- 2 cups cooked kidney beans
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Procedure
- Saute garlic and onion in hot oil.
- Add gluten and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add beans and tomato soup, cook for 10 minutes.
- Make a paste of the flour, water, salt and chili powder and add to above.
- Cook over low heat, stirring frequently.
