- 12 pieces gluten, fried
- 1/4 cup margarine or oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup lemon-lime bottled soda drink
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Procedure
- Melt margarine over low fire.
- Saute garlic and onions,add the rest of the ingredients except the gluten.
- Bring to a boil, then add the gluten.
- Cover and let simmer until half of the liquid is absorbed.
