Gluten Neapolitan

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 kilos chopped cooked gluten
  • Italian dressing
  • 2 teaspoons salt to taste
Procedure
  • Place gluten in a baking dish, pour dressing over it and marinate for one hour.
  • Bake in a moderate oven, 350ยบ F. for about an hour until tender.
  • Baste frequently with the dressing.
  • Serve hot. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
