- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup finely diced onion
- 3 cups ground gluten
- 1/2 cup finely diced carrot
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup finely diced fried potatoes
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Dash of sage (optional)
- Brown the garlic, onion, and gluten in oil.
- Add carrots and water and simmer until tender.
- Add cooked rice and fried potatoes, season with soy sauce, salt, and sage.
- Garnish it with parsley and serve it hot.
