
Ingredients:
1/2 cup polished rice
5 cups water
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1/2 green onion, chopped
1 small ginger, cut into small strips
1 egg, scrambled or sliced hard-cooked
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Boil rice until tender. Set aside
Saute garlic, onion and ginger. Pour to boiled rice.
Add scrambled/hard-cooked egg. Mix well and boil for another 7 minutes.
Season with salt.
Good for 6 to 8 persons. 1 cup per servin...
