Gluten Barbecue

gluten barbecueIngredients
  • 12 pieces gluten, fried
  • 1/4 cup margarine or oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon-lime bottled soda drink
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Procedure
  • Melt margarine over low fire.
  • Saute garlic and onions,add the rest of the ingredients except the gluten.
  • Bring to a boil, then add the gluten.
  • Cover and let simmer until half of the liquid is absorbed.
