Chili con Gluten

chili con glutenIngredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 3 cups ground or chopped fine gluten
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups cooked kidney beans
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Salt

Procedure
  • Saute garlic and onion in hot oil.
  • Add gluten and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add beans and tomato soup, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Make a paste of the flour, water, salt and chili powder and add to above.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring frequently.
  • Season with salt.
